Julie helped me start my new life with helping me find my new home! We looked at a lot of homes that needed so much work. We began working with Julie in February 2023. Our lease was set to expire in March 2023, and we wanted to buy a house. We are first-time home buyers. In February 2023, we saw close to a dozen homes and finally decided to put an offer on a home; unfortunately, we were outbid. The entire process of a bidding war left a bad taste in my mouth, and we decided to wait a year. While we waited, Julie would check in on occasion to see how we were doing and made sure we had a decided timeline that would work so the following spring when our lease expired again, we would be ready to buy a home in time. And the seller finally got back to us and said yes! Right before they had an open house that weekend. I am confident that if the open house had happened, we would have been in another bidding war! Once the seller accepted our offer, Julie handled every detail, including moving the closing back 5 days because we were out of the country. She gave us great advice on the home inspection. It was such a pleasure working with her; we felt she cared about our family getting us our forever home. We finally closed on the house and got our keys!!
